Listserv
We invite all interested SCWCA members to join our list in an effort to bring a more unified vision to our regional and make collaboration between us more efficient and more convenient.
If you are not a member of our regional, you are welcome to join, but we request that all general conversations about writing centers be posted to WCENTER since it is the best link for connecting all of us. However, SCWCA-L is open to all those with writing center interests, especially those relating to making connections to and having conversations with our regional organization.
The list is managed through the Writing Center at the University of Oklahoma by Ashton Foley-Schramm (afoleyschramm@ou.edu).
Subscribing to the Listserv
In order to subscribe, head to the subscription page hosted by OU. If you do not currently have a listserv account through OU, you'll need to create one. Then, you will be able to subscribe to SCWCA-L. To ensure that you receive a copy of any messages you send to the list, select "Receive Copy of Own Postings" under the "Acknowledgements" section.
Posting Messages
In order to post messages to the list, simply send your messages to SCWCA-L@lists.ou.edu. You may not receive a copy of your own message depending upon the settings you selected when you subscribed.
Unsubscribing from the Listserv
In order to remove yourself from the listserv (and not receive further postings), head to the unsubscribe page for SCWCA-L. Enter the email addressed that you used to subscribe to the list. Then, select unsubscribe.
